Diana Andrade

Diana brings over a decade of diverse professional experience to her role at Stronger. With a background spanning education management, executive search in the nonprofit sector, and strategic project direction, she's adapt at navigating complex challenges and fostering meaningful connections.

Prior to joining Stronger, Diana spent nearly 5 years in Executive Search, guiding organizations across the nation to develop top talent in various sectors of non profit landscape.

Born and raised in Queens, NY, Diana and her two children now call Brooklyn home. Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures and activities that get her outdoors.

Experience

Diana dedicated four years to education management within the NYC Department of Education. Her roles included overseeing data analytics and policy communications for the Office of School Quality and contributing as a data specialist and analyst for initiatives like Pre-K for All. Diana launched her career at New York University, managing research projects focused on child development in urban environments. She holds an M.P.A in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University, Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a B.A. in Psychology from New York University
