Brett is an executive recruiter supporting nonprofit, education, and collective impact organizations throughout the United States. Prior to his focus on executive search, he served in multiple roles for over a decade with New York City Public Schools, serving as Citywide Staffing Support Director in the Office of Teacher Recruitment & Quality and Brooklyn Director of Implementation for the Office of School Wellness Programs. He lives in the Raleigh-Durham area with his wife, Kerry, and their two children, Liam and Maevie. He loves stories across genres and mediums, and embraces the journey of discovery through art, wellness, career, and human connection.
